The main ballroom is approximately 5,900 sq. ft., with a mezzanine above and additional space in The Cobb balcony and the outdoor Square at West.
The ballroom seats up to 350 guests for a plated dinner and 600 standing for a reception.
Every rental includes the ballroom, mezzanine, outdoor green space, catering kitchen, bride’s and groom’s suite, and bar. Daily rental runs 9 AM to midnight. A $250 damage and cleaning deposit applies.
